Architecture in Japan

It is not a dream, it is in fact a great project called " X-Seed 4000" , and it is the  World's Tallest Concept Building , they will not build it now, but they dream and maybe they work to build it in the next year to be built in 2040, and by the way  the cost to construct the X-Seed 4000 structure may be somewhere between US$300–900 billion, in 2006 dollars ($585 billion–$1.05 trillion in 2014)
