Tips to have beautiful mouth smell



Wash your mouth regularly and brush your teeth after eating, which is the deposition of bacteria
- Maintain the moisture mouth:
Drink water regularly, and stayed away from alcohol and caffeine because they cause dehydration of the mouth, which enhances the likelihood of the emergence of odors.
Take care of your gum because it does salivation process which keeps the mouth smell good.
- Eating bananas and apples:
Apples and bananas contain low levels of carbohydrate material that contribute to the issuance of unpleasant odors from the mouth.
- Drinking green tea:
Tea contains polyphenols, which kills bacteria in the mouth and prevent their interaction. Therefore, it is preferred to drink tea after the completion of eating directly.
- Parsley:
Parsley in your salad will help you well to solve the problem
- Use the spray of the mouth that in it natural materials: Chose good one like menthol or lemon which overwhelm the smell of the mouth
